Rates and timing

Free shipping on orders over $40. Below that, a flat $6 applies. Most orders arrive within 2–3 working days of dispatch.

Where we ship

We currently ship across Canada and the continental United States. Subscriptions ship on your chosen rhythm and can be skipped or rescheduled anytime from your account.
